The microtubular heaters HMC series, as well as the cartridge heaters, have the leadwires (insulated in PTFE) coming out from only one side.
The nickel-chrome wire coil is dipped in a high compressed powder of magnesium oxide inside the metal sheath.
The microtubular heaters can have a transverse squared, rettangular or round shape section and the unheated (cold) zone of 65 mm. is near the connection tube.

The microtubular heaters HMC series, upon request, can be supplied with a clamping band useful for a good contact between the element and the surface to heat.
