Description

The cartridge heaters HD series can be manufactured with built-in type J ( costantan iron) or K (chromel alumel) thermocouple.
The flexible leads are 1000 mm.long and they are fibreglass insulated for the heater and ptfe insulated for the themocouple.
In the standard version with type J thermocouple the warm junction is located in TCJ1 type position.

Technical data

TCJ1 – TCK1 TYPE The thermocouple warm junction is grounded to the bottom disc and it guarantees a quick response of the temperature. TCJ2 – TCK2 TYPE The thermocouple warm junction is insulated and located close to the bottom disc of the heater. Thermocouple safe from trouble and the response of temperature is slower. TIPO TCJ3 – TCK3 The warm thermocouple junction is located in the center of the lenght in not-heating zone and grounded to the sheath. TIPO TCJ4 – TCK4 The warm thermocouple junction is insulated and located in the centre of the heater in not-heating zone close to the sheath.
