| 1. Make sure that the heaters
are installed only by well educated operators.
2. When you bend the heater, you have to respect the minimum
bending radius (see the tecnical data)
3. If you bend the heater than you can not straight it out
again.
4. In order to obtain a better and constant adherence to
the surface to heat, we advise to use the campling bend (supplied
upon request).
5. Pay attention not to bend or demage the connection transition
of the leadwires.
6. In the heater with built-in thermocouple, when the working
temperatures are very high, the last coil turn tends to rise
because of the thermal spreading, and the thermocouple can
indicate a wrong temperature. We advise to use an external
thermocouple.
7. Protect the leads from penetration of liquid fluids and
gasses in order to prevent short circuit or dielettric deterioration
of the sealing zone of the cartridge.
8. Respect the maximum working temperature for the leadwires
insulation.
9. Put the leadwires in a correct way in order to avoid point
of tension or contac which can shortly demage the insulation.
10. Respect the wattage
11. In case of heaters with built-in thermocouple, respect
the polarity.
12. In case of long period storage, we advise to keep the
heaters in dry places because the magnesium-oxide is an hygroscopic
material and it absorbes moisture.
